Third Class Service... I have been Apply For New DL, its More than 3 Months But they didnt Work on It yet....

6 months agoNo response for a single query. Some Employees not doing work properly and sends people form one counter to another.

Cooperative staff and online system for easy access

Not anyone to properly instruct you about the track before you start and after you start they announce something in the mic which you will not be able to understand so just keep going and dont waste your time wondering what they instruction they announced in between else you will get rejected for not completing the thing in time like i got rejected 😨😕.

Here all thing are very good and government officer response is also good

Like any other RTO, you need agent 🙂

It was horribal exprience in jnd rto no one can give proper information. Rto system is always not proper you should mention all the thing in software.i am facing big problem today.

No response for a single query as my car and other car in junagadh complete numbers are same .. we have applied for new number since a week before but again and again after reminiding of there mistake which they have done before 9 years they are not working on our issue as my cng passing is pending due to two cars have same reg. number issue...Some Employees not doing work properly....

Rto is place where people come for license its process so easy your age is above 18 then and then you get license otherwise you have first create learning license and then after exactly one month you get your license its exams is so tough one because you have to passing through many phases like in exam first use 8 then parking or reverse parking and atlast you have to drive car on inclined roads

Worst govt body Ive ever seen.My appointment time was 9.00 am and when I reached the place, there no authority present here, infact it seems like the office is closed as if it was Sunday.

Third class service. I have applied for Duplicate RC Book on 12-OCT-2019, but till date (i.e. 18-DEC-2019), more than 2 months, they not dispatched it. Phone Numbers display on website is also wrong.
