Good place for shopping in junagadh. Relatively good than other general stores . The price is not as less compared to other marts but its ok. The staff is good. The cleanliness is good. Also in the pandemic situation of Corona they follow all the rules like sanitisation, mask , social distancing etc. But the arrangement of product in the mall is not good compared to others. It takes time in billing . Overall good experience shopping with Reliance Mart.

Most of the time staff is arranging items in the middle of the way becoming barrier to customer. Sometimes necessary items are not available. When coming to counter there are many items in the middle of the way. Most of the the time counter persons are not available and busy talking with their friends and roaming in the mall, manager has to announce on mike for calling them also Counter persons are rude. After shopping, you have to show your bill to gate security person and he will check your items like you are thief and stamp your bill. Also you have to pay extra for carry bag even you have purchased items worth more than thousand rupees. Security person is very rude behaving like he is the owner.

Reliance mart is the one of the downmarket mall especially in the ahmedabad area actually it was an experience it was a very bad experience of my I have to be a many problem facing becouse of this reliance mart of the mall in the ahmedabad.there is not having a parking lot also we have to be a park the car on the road and that why lot of the traffic problem facing becouse of this mart threr is the reliance staff also very less if you have any kind of problem you will not to be a find out of that thing all the thing they are to be a kept in that mall but they are to be a manage the very disturbing becouse any product you wont it will not to be a get it and the staff is so less .they are to be a given a best discount in this mall but the value of the product is very less and very reare

Too bad management. There is less space and more luggage. Due to overcrowding, customers do not know where to stand and what to take. The elevator is closed. If you feel thirsty, go out or get water in the basement. The luggage is chaotic. Often the A.C. Is closed.

My experience has been poor. This is the third time that I am regretting placing an order on jio mart. Vastu does not come to give and the message of refund comes.I have had a very bad experience. Then call the jio / reliance mart but do not pick up the phone.You do not have a service like your name.I will also speak to others, do not buy orders from jio mart.
