It still is kind of old but cleaned. Has 2 platform. It usually doesnt have that much crowd, but some more chairs will be good to have here.It definitely has scope to improve a lot.

Station is just like normal railway station, but cleanses is good,If you need to go to bus stand from railway station, I would suggest to get the auto from out side the main gate, as it will be quite economical as compared to autos standing inside the railway premises.

My experience at Junagadh junction. I went to Junagadh for Girnarji jain temple Pilgrimage with my family father, mother, uncle, aunty, wife, sister, cousins and kids. I reached Rajkot by flight from Bangalore and then boarded the train by that my parents and other relartives were coming from Indore to Junagadh, when We were coming out from Junagadh railway station, where a new aged ticket checker was standing and asked us for ticket. As I was having soft copy in mobile, it was taking time to find everyones ticket and show to him. By this that tc got irritated and started making comments by listening his raised voice few more 3-4ticket checker came to the spot and started threatening and behaving like goons, even some of them were sounding like drunk. As my parents asked to show tickets and not to argue with them as we just went there first time for visiting temples. I told them that we all have proper ticket and just came to visit temples. But no help.I wanted to file complain with station master and write it in complaint book. But as we were getting late I just went out with family.I have visited many places by train all over india in last 20 years. .even seen regaorous ticket checking at Jhansi station. But never seen misbehaving TC like the ones at Junagadh station. Kindly get them some behaviour training.

Very nice place

Junagadh junction is very big. Its entrance area is also very big. Good space is given for parking area and also for drop to passengers.Ticket window is at proper place and there is many stalls for eat and drink . Sitting chairs are there. And room is also for waiting. Engineers are always on duty there. Station is much more clean now than the past. There are 2 platforms. And both platforms are very long. Free wi-fi service is given there and Charging plugs are also given. This is very good railway station and it was build many years ago so it is little ancient place. One good thing is that it is near to the ST bus station. You can get auto rickshaw from the junction,you dont need to go outside for that.

There are always some unpleasant thing faced in trains of India but we enjoyed much more than it. Train on this route are always filled with passengers. We enjoyed visiting many sourest palaces where train stopped by station. Foods are available in the train and also at stations. Somnath, Rajkot,etc is a big palace so not required​ to switch train to go there.

Junagadh railway station its one of the railway station under Bhavnagar Railway Division of Western Railway. Junagadh is connected with main cities of Gujarat and India like Ahmedabad, Somnath, Jabalpur, Thiruvananthapuram, Ujjain, Rajkot, Pune and Mumbai. Approx 25 trains halt here and to trains originate from there.Station is very neat and clean. 24 hours staffs are onsite. There is a restroom outside of the station entry. Couple of food stalls are in the station premises.

The junction was quiet good and it was clean as well, there is also a rest room for passengers who travelled from far away. A person can buy tickets at any time and the train stops here for around 5 to 10 minutes. Employees of here are helpful.the girnar mountain is less than 5 kilometeres from here so that any one can go there by rickshaw or cab.

The railway station of Junagadh is not so big But not so small also, and the cleaning is also done regularly.And at this time new construction also running for the making a station big and famous also..I feel guilty to say that there is no Greenery (green trees, garden) in the station for the pollution control

Junagadh City is historical city. The station is center of city. Clean station. Conveyance easily available. Also Guesthouse and loadge are nearly station.
