Allocated in the middle of the city Joypurhat. A place where you can stay all the day and in the evening for longer time as you want. People around the city gathers here in the evening and gossip for hours. This is a chilling place for the hard working people also. There is a gallery to seat beyond the Shahid minar. A mosque at the front side. Its named with a martyre Shahid Abul Kashem, who was martyred during the language movement. There is a library club you can find lot of books and newspapers to read here and a cultural club who organise various cultural programs here on a weekly basis. There also a office of red cross situated here. Those made this place great recreational. You can get snacks here also. Its the best place in the city to spend your leisure time.

The Shaheed Minar, located in the heart of the citys Pran center, stands at the center of a large field. There is a high tower near it, and in the evening many people join in the procession.
