There are also lack of reader and quality infrastructure like other village libraries. The library is not open and closed at the right time. This irregularity could be stopped if the local people and the governments goodwill. The poor students of the area who cant buy books of the money, they will be benefitted. The library, however, is very much loved and proud people of Bira village. Because it has many memories of the old days with it.
