APDCL is the the other name of worst.. A full day circle minimum 3 time load shedding happen and duration time is 2-19 hours..In summer time like now days we get 15-16 hours electricity with a low voltage...

Worst.Since the last 3 days going to their office to meet the accounts officer(Lakhi kalita) for a bill related issue, but he is not found on his table anytime. Idk why the govt is holding a stake in this Worst, not so good performing public sector undertaking. Disinvestment and privatize it completely maybe then we can see the employees performing their duties better.

Quite pathetic of the service. The number provided is supposed to be available for launching complain; taking complain stands at distance they dont even pick up calls. They have the worst service ever! I dont even want to assign them one star. WORST SERVICE, I am screaming. Need to IMPROVE their service along with the behaviour of the employees.

The person who is in charge of the customer care, doesnt pick up the phone call at all, each and everytime when I make a call in order to know why the power has been cut, the call is never picked up by them, the customer whom youre calling is busy on another call and this keeps on repeating again and again, hope this office would learn a very bitter lesson someday.

Apdcl is a limited company. Still one of the 3rd class management service. They recruit illerates. They are servants to provide electricity not to enjoy the fat salaries. Apdcl should learn from other state Power Corporations. Still gaonwala company. Apdcl moto should be POWER CUT AND ASSAM KA VIKAS. Govt should look over this Company. One of the most corrupted department. Learn Apdcl before we become a big joke for other state Electricity board

01/09/2019-i have been try to reach you on call from last 45mints.butThe customer trying to reach is busy. Is they are busy with their Girlfriends or what.From 1.30pm to till no so long power cutThey cut at every single disturbance then also they have power issue.

This number is always shows busy and no one ever picks up the phone. Please escalate this issue to higher authority if there is anyone to listen anyhow..

ASEB as a department is one of the worst functioning department of Assam. Such a failure in proper excecution and management. Load shedding is like taking the next nap for them. And just not load shedding, issues of proper wiring, prompt response to emergency, dealing with natural calamity, all a big failure. Time you redeem your system, else what? Itl just be the same old story as you people will hardly be moved by this review. Increase your professional ethics and start having more efficient people in the department so that the department becomes efficient.Never too late team ASEB. Kya parisani hay aaplogo ko ha .... sabke ghar me to inverter nahi rehte naa haa ... ye aplog kyu nahi samajte ho ye batawo ....Hamare Assam me aisi problems ki wajah SE he Assam bigar gaya hay avi tak koie v aage nahi ja paya hay ....
