A very decent shopping plaza having excellent brands and a good ambience. The loyalty program of the shop is effective and routine discounts on various products are available. The staff is courteous, friendly and efficient. Good for shopping clothing items and furnishings of the house. On the second floor, items of grocery and daily use are available from brands of eastern Asia.

Good mall with a variety ofItems in different ranges. I loved this to choose gift items and snack items. However staff can learn to smile a little and be little more welcoming :)

Mall is situated in a place which can be accessible by anyone very easily, it is having a large parking place,marriage hall is sufficiently big enough for parties,hospitality of the employees associated with hall are commendable.But, shopping inside the mall whether for groceries / garments/any other items is little expansive or sold in written MRP only, in otherwords they give very less discounts.

Elegant Decorative items are available. The food section has some unique exported items, footwear and clothing section is a bit expensive but can get some beautiful items. Watch and bags section has a variety. Toys and stationery items are available.

Good place for shopping but not for those middle class people who has to look at his purse before shopping. Price is high as per quality. I myself dont feel shopping is affordable.

Visited after reading the fake reviews of this mall. Purchased one shoes for my baby. Because of size issues i revisited the place and opted for a return. The shoes i purchased intially was 50 rs more costly than the shoes i bought later. Then billing personnel told me they wont return 50 rs for that money i have to purchase any other item. So i took some tertapack milk for 50 rs. This much money oriented scumbags sitting over there. Will not visit this place ever again. Better go for reliance trends.

Best for shopping with various brands. And most amazingly when summer-winter discounts are there in the month of December and July specially. Will say the sales executives are not that professionals and you have to search by yourself. But has a great collections of sizes and arrivals.

They charge customers for the Brand Printed poly carry bags. Never pay for those Logo printed carry bags. Its very unethicall to charge customer by promoting the brand through paid carry bags! It will be wise to file a cosumer case against Sohum for this unscrupulous loot!

Sohum is a brand in North East India. It is a big mall having three floors for accommodating almost all your needs. Grocery items is limited . Clothing items having lots of style . Staffs are professional and well maintained . But quite expensive . Parking space problem is there. In front of mall there is a very little space.

Jorhat sohum shoppe employees attitude were shocking..totally brainless creatures..only thing they know is to gossip among themselves and not paying attention to customer..I am a regular sohum customer of guwahati and these nonsense things are not seen there..one more thing in jorhat to quote was cash counter guy is busy attending sum call with sumone and I have to wait long time for my billing n der was no rush n I was the only customer at billing desk...
