Worst customer support... they are working only for salary.... not loyal

On 7th march 2019, I went to hp world because I had an issue with the hinge on my laptop.When I reach the place and told the technician about the issue, that technician told me that they do not repair products which are under warranty.However, he told me that he can repair it only with charges. I know that it is a pure lie. If it is so than why is it even a service center.These people are not honest.All they want is money. Very dishonest person.I did not like it.I want to give negative rating. Cheaters.
