Service is very poor.I purchased one IFB 6.5 kg Water softener Aqua Energie Fully AutomaticTop Load Washing Machine White (TL- RDW 6.5KG Aqua) on 1/4/2018. Themachine has been developing an abnormal sound and giving a displayproblem in running condition.I have been giving several complaints in All India tool-free nos butyour service person has not been solving these problems for the last25 days.My machine has not been working last 25 days due to Spare parts problem.
