I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS FLORIST ZERO STARS. I ordered a surprise bouquet for my friend but was later on surprised to see the one that was actually delivered. It was not the one that I ordered. This florist just wrapped 8 flowers in a fluorescent sheet and delivered them. Also delivery was done after numerous calls by my side.I was so embarrassed when I saw the bouquet that he delivered. I am very disappointed by their services. Guys kindly dont trust this florist. I am sharing the pictures of the bouquet that I ordered and the bouquet that was delivered. The card too was not like the one I was told it would be like.

Wish I could rate this florist in negative scale. Worst service ever! I decided to go with the good rating as per Google reviews and that was where I was duped. This guy used freaking brown duct-tape on the grooms car to attach the flowers!! Instead of a clean net fabric below the bouquet what he used was a dirty old cloth and cardboard sheets!! The flower bouquet on the bonnet didnt even make 15 kms before coming loose! What pathetic work and absolutely no remorse on his part when confronted. The grooms car was reduced to a joke. I strongly suggest everyone to steer clear from this pathetic florist 🙏🏼

Ordered from them for my brothers wedding car decoration. Worst decoration Ive ever seen. They just put a dirty cloth and poorly adjusted papers to hold the flowers. Zero professionalism.

They have worst services they delivered wrong bouquet of flowers the one which I didnt order and of inferior quality and instead of 250 RS chocolate they delivered chocolate worth RS 150. Also I ordered a flower basket of 600 RS and he delivered just a bunch of some 5-6 flower sticks tied together worth only RS 300. Not only this they delivered some inferior quality card with message printed on a paper and paper stick to that card. I wish I could give them 0 stars for their services. And then this guy gave me several excuses, did not pick my calls switched off his number did not reply to my messages and above all gave me several excuses and when I asked him to return my money he did not even do that. Ill file a case against him in Consumer Forum and seek for compensation. I would request everyone to not order from this site as it is fake they steal your hard earned money and deliver some inferior quality flowers and chocolates and save the money for their pocket. This guy also said to me that he will attempt the delivery again and when I asked him the next day will you deliver the parcel he said today the shop is closed Ill see tomorrow. I had a horrible experience. Everytime is ask him to return my money he stops replying to my messages and stops answering calls and switches off his number.

PLX florist has very good service...I remembered my first order to PLX florist ,they donot only provide good service they have a very understandable deliver boy also...so if anyone want to buy any gifts,any flowers .kindly visit PLX florist website.they have awesome service.❣️

The Customer Care is excellent and reply is prompt. But the presentation is a big disappointment. Need to work harder. They delivered my order on time but the big disappointment is the way they presented it. Ordered a basket of flower. Hopefully, their other services must be better.
