I have had better cheesecake than this one. The cream cheese just doesnt feel airy enough, it sits on your tongue giving a margarine taste.

I liked the blueberry cheesecake here. Other types of cakes were also good. Overall a nice experience.

Honestly opinion: it is a cute place, with a lot of sweet options thats not available in jorhat, but its too much sweeter. Latte and cappuccino is 100 rupees.. which is worth it. Pasta was kinda good.. overall its good but wont be so much satisfying.

7th Heaven is basically a bakery outlet located in the K B Road. Apart from cakes, brownies and pastries other eatables such as hot dogs, burgers, varieties of pizzas are available in addition to coffee of course. This outlet of 7th Heaven is very easily accessible and quite popular among the good lovers of Jorhat.Well, my experience while visiting this outlet of 7th Heaven was not quite enjoyable as I found that there were quite a few chairs available in the shop. Space is a major constraint in this outlet. As far as rates of items are concerned, I felt they were a bit on the higher side. I would say the restaurants a bit expensive.Other than that the staff were decent but wouldnt say friendly since I didnt find them to be proactive all the whole I didnt in the shop.Thats all for now.

For my daughters first birthday we ordered a cake from 7th Heaven. We gave them the photo and additional information required in the cake. The delivery time was at 1a.m. We invited our guests at 2p.m to attend the birthday party. With excitement, I went to bring the cake at the given time. But all excitement turned to anger when I saw the cake. They made a complete different cake, the design and colour which we had ordered was not there. Just think at that point of time how would everyone react. I was so angry with them and also helpless because I had just 45 minutes to bring the cake home. After a return of words with them, they modified the cake and gave me. Since, i had no other option, i had to take it with a heavy heart. They have spoilt our day. I reached home at 3 p.m because of their irresponsible behaviour. All our guest had to wait for mr to artive home for additional hour. The taste of the cake was also not good. Definately it was 7th Hell.I request the owner, please dont play with the emotions of the people. The cake is a special part of a celebration. Dont ruin it with your lie commitments. If you are not in a position to make the ordered cake, just tell bcoz there are other bakeries who are true to their commitments.One star bcoz there is no zero or -ve scoring

Just a worst cake shop...we had ordered a cake for 7 november and gave the details but they spoilt the cake by writing the wrong name...sooo disgusting...and the cake was not soo perfect compared to the price..soo disgusting...

The kitkat shake still had the aluminium plastic wrapper in it and it was grinded along with the shake. When I pointed it out to the person behind the counter who made it, merely grinned and said, Dont feel bad, a little bit of wrapper was in the shake.I am appalled at such unprofessional behaviour. Zero sense of customer service.Oh and the taste, was pathetic.The shake apart from containing grinded plastic was too thick to be drunk.The pizza fingers were over fried.The pastry tasted good.
