The Government Girls Higher School is located near Hanuman Crossroads, which has very historical significance, which has been operated by the Raj government for many years. The building in which it is being operated is a very grand and historic place, which was constructed by Raja Maharajas at least 80 to 100 years ago. It is also known as Clock School. Its entrance is very big and grand, which gives a glimpse of the history of Jaura. The building in which this school is operated is very important from the historical point of view of Jaura, it is regrettable that this historical heritage has not been preserved in the status quo due to government indifference and negligence of officers and loss by the public. Due to which its existence is on the verge of tarnishing. There is plenty of historical significance available around it. It is located in the center of Jaura, its post office is located 100 meters away and Jauras market is located at some distance, the roads around it are very busy.
