The staff at this shop are not very welcoming and they are rude. I was trying to look at their product and one of the staff shouted very rudely. Thats when I decided never to visit this place again.

They have good knowledge of pet products and medicines and almost all kind of medicines are available with them anytime and none the less they are so generous to open the shop and Provide with the medicines even when its the closing time. I am still grateful to them that they gave me a very important drip when no shop was open when my baby dog was dying.

Worst service. I would suggest you to not buy any pet from here. I called on the number given on the google and asked for a dog pup, I asked him the details and when can I get it. And when I asked him about the quality of the pup he hesitated to give guarantee of the quality, and then he angrily said “aap pehle se aate ho humare paas toh guarantee ki kya zarut or mix breed denge toh bhi aapko toh di na bolenge ki mix hai.” And hung up. Although It was my first time buying any pet from this store. If you are running a business you should know how to respect your customers.
