Highly unprofessional. The driver did not know any details about the plan or trip. Neither did Mr Mukesh ask about the details or travel plan. In the middle of the trip, he enquires about why i went to Nagaur. Anyways, he does not respond to calls and mssgs even during booking. One star only because of the Car condition and Driver.

The worst car rental agency..On my 2 days jodhpur trip ... Air conditioner stopped between our journey and the owner of the company was not even bothered about his customer.. rude and very unprofessional and even the car is in pathetic condition , no comfortable seat .. almost wreck traveller it is..Bas experience..Don’t rely on the car agencyTips1) check the car at arrival and then start your journey2) A proper Air-Condition is must .. because it is always hot and dry in day time3) Personal Experience.. don’t Hire car from this agency..

We rented the car for the whole week and drove from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer. Since we had children and elders in the car, we wanted a safe driver who didnt speed or drove rashly. Our driver, Ram was superb and reached beyond our expectation.Besides the driving, he guided us to reasonably priced shops, arranged for a knowledgable guild in Jaisalmer and on the last day was available to drive us beyond the agreed hour since I flight got delayed. We had a wonderful trip and are very happy with Jodhpur car rental.

I have booked a car after seeing the rating expecting a super service. I could have provided 5 star rating for the quality of the vehicle and comfort level (we hired a Tempo Traveller for a week). The positive side is Ashok Ji is very generous Guy whom we contacted initially and easy to talk with. We would never faced any issue demanding any payment and very friendly.However I have rated 2 star less because of our experience with our Driver Mr. Badal. I am not saying he is bad guy or we had fight with him :). However we missed the expectation which we had in our mind. We have to wait 3/4 times for the cab more than half an hour than the scheduled time. We missed the proper guidance and friendly gesture from the driver which is normally expected when in a long tour. As a group we are disturbed with his behavior to our children and other instances.Otherwise I would like to recommend this car company may be with other driver with whom our chemistry was not good and we missed the elegant essence of quality service which could have made our trip a more pleasant one.

Spoke with Mr.Mukesh (who runs the taxi company apparently) two days in advance and then a day before our travel requesting an Innova with a carrier on top and bench seating. Landed in Jodhpur to find that the car hadnt been arranged inspite of repeated assurances from him. Finally after half hour of waiting a taxi driver calls saying he would reach in 10mins but has no carrier. Needless to say it was useless for us because we were a large group with luggage. Terrible experience ...the one time we decided to trust Google ratings instead of going through known contacts. Professionalism in India is still a long way off!

Brijmohan arrived 20 minutes early. The Toyota Innova was clean and well kept. The journey from Jodhpur to Udaipur was comfortable and we felt that Brijmohan is an experienced and careful driver. A very good experience. A very good alternative to booking cars through hotels which always charge a premium for the same service. Thank you.
