After getting into room no 401 , the A/C of the room was not working . Than got the room changed to 406. Shower, flush of the same was too in proper conditions . Kindly take into note of the same

If you are traveling with Driver, PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS HOTEL.At the time of booking of hotel , we have been told that they will make proper arrangements for the stay of driver, I quote Sir , aap tension hi mat lijiye, sone ki achi jagah denge driver ko We checked in at 2:00 in night, which is a high time for sleep, but first of all they made driver wait there for 1:00 hr, i.e, upto 3:00 then they took him in basement where all the waste of hotel was kept, there they gave him space to sleep . Driver is also a human being, how can he sleep in such place. Because of their such inhuman behavior , the driver cannot sleep whole night. According to our schedule the driver has to driver for minimum 600 kms, how can he drive if he had not takken proper sleep? Because of the behavior of hotel sraff with driver, we can only travel 300 kms and our meeting got cancelled for which we have waited for long time, this made a huge loss for us.

My journey started from Australia, Malaysia then Rajhastan all in a tour. It was the last hotel in my tour. Everything in the hotel was good , I liked it but in the food section an old person was comparing us. Mainly the food manager Mr. Nirmal forcefully told my wife that you can only take the thalli food in your package. After 10 minutes I asked my wife what have you ordered she said The manager said we are only allowed to eat thalli So when I was there another young manager came and then I asked my package . He said that I can order anything I like. I called Mr Nirmal and infront of both managers I asked what can I eat, they both said different things one saying I can eat anything I like, another saying I can only eat thalli.I told them that there is no problem with the food but you should keep every customer service and respect good, not be bias towards what we are wearing or by judging us. I told the reception manager what is this and once again I told them to not judge people by there CAST or LOOKS!!. On that day I didnt eat my dinner in that hotel!!!!

The rooms were nice,they have a geyser for hot water and bed was cozy. Theres enough lighting and overall service was also good. Staff was always well mannered and helpful. The food is fresh, well cooked and delicious and they have a decent variety even at the breakfast and dinner buffets.

If you are coming to jodhpur . i would say this is the best hotel you will find in the budget . the moment i entered the hotel i was so happy. best part of the hotel is when you open the windows and you can see umaid bhavan and mahengarh fort. its on the main road .and it is very near to all the tourist spot . As a family person i would highly recommend.Very calm people.Neat and clean. very professional. my sister was not feeling well .On my one call they bought the medicine . clean rooms,complementary drink and fridge is also available.

Visited 1st time in this hotel in 15 years and probably one of my worst experience of food, un every restaurant its taste matter thats all a customer want but the taste of paneer tikka pizza and dosa was horrible. I would not recommend any body to visit this hotel ever. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

We were looking for a place to leave our luggage for the day since we had only 10 hours in Jodhpur. We told the reception we would have breakfast at this hotel (pretty pricey) if we could leave our luggage in return. After breakfast and paying for it, leaving luggage suddenly became strictly prohibited by the management. To make matters even worse, they didnt want to suggest any other place to leave our luggage, I am not supposed to give you suggestions of that sort. Well, dear management, dear reception, have a wonderful day and a well deserved 1* review.Also breakfast had the soggiest cereals in the history of mankind and the strawberry milkshake was made by a person who definitely hasnt tasted a single strawberry in their entire lifespan. Breakfast was fine apart from those, lets just hope the unforseen circumstances you might encounter are covered by what is allowed by management.

Traveling via taxi from Pushkar to Jodhpur was a long and arduous journey. I was very tired and definitely not in a good mood upon arrival at Hotel Shri Ram Empire. The Manager was Excellent by seeing to my comfort and needs. The Staff was very Helpful and Friendly. The Food is excellent and the Hotel is Very Clean. The hotel is at the junction of a Busy road. There was very loud traffic noise from very early in the morning - 4:30-5 AM. Buses honking, people shouting. Was crazy. So we just could not sleep at all. My main purpose for the stay was to ensure I rest before I proceed onwards. But because of this I want not able to get the rest I needed.The rooms have been renovated and are quite comfortable. Also clean. The staff is very helpful, proactive and friendly.

And boy was I in for a pleasant surprise! Beautiful room, great bath, pocket friendly dining option. I had a great view from the window, overlooking the stadium. Overall- an amazing stay. I was looking for hotel tariff in Jodhpur when I came across the Hotel Shriram Empire. A friend had recommended the name so I had no reason to doubt them. They proved to be an excellent choice. My family enjoyed a perfect vacation. Their service is Avantgarde. I loved my stay here and will surely recommend it to others.

I had the chance to visit the hotel a few months back. I booked a pretty sweet deal from yatra as the hotel was giving discounted price at the time. I booked the club room they had. The room was great, comfortable and cozy . View was not that good. Moreover the biggest factor that let me down was the club room not having a bath tub. Usually club rooms always have a bath tub. But the hotel didnt had one.
