Well , this is the best fitness studio centre in our area with well equipped modern and necessary equipments and a good guidance by the trainer. Professional place for work out ...highly recommended for beginners as well as fitness freaks, the instructor is well trained and had a vast knowledge about fitness and the diet.

In this gym equipments are good though but the trainer is not competent to train us ... proper training is required!

Since I joined the gym I feel great in this gym. The Owner and trainer of this gym is very supportive and guide us very right.When I joined this my weight is 89kg now Im in shape with the 67kg . This new level gym is fully furnished and chilled with good atmosphere. The baap of all tipes fitness.big space,fresh air with all accupments. best guidance of Mr.firoj khan the trainer of bossfit gym.i m a black belt in karate n wushu player also.but my strength department is weak compression of my speed ability. After 6 months I achieved a strong,anesthetics,lean physic with a strong mindset n confident personality .its all r happened because of the one n only Mr.firoj khan.
