One of the worst services one could get here. I got my nexon repaired post claiming insurance. Very poor repair works. Poor painting. The painted area cant be easily demarcated. Also they did not wash the car and returned the same charging extra. Further more the remains of mirror were left in the cabin which i had to get removed from a car wash station. I will highly not recommend anyone to get there vehicle repaired or serviced here.Also i have written the same to tata motor that action may be initiated .

It is nice place to visit looking at all new cars from TATA at one place is kind of cool.

I went to purchase my new car but after waiting for 1 hr, we were not attended by anyone..at last we had to say to talk to us.. Need to keep a smart staff. Offcourse the owner and one helper was there but on Sunday why people dont prefer to clean their showroom? .. It was uncleaned though people were coming to see the vehicles.. I think, all days our home or shop must be cleaned.

I gave my car for repair and staff of the showroom told me that thay will repair my car in maximum 21 days. Its been almost 1 month and 20 days..yet they are saying to repair my car in further 10-15 days. Very bad service center for servicing. Thay even did not pick up my call. I called to inquire about Nexon which I planned to book within a week, but the attitude of the sales rep was so bad that now I am thinking if I should go for Nexon or not... Worst service taking more than 4 month to deliver a car. On asking sales person about delivery time, they always comes with new excuses.Booked a car in beginning of dec 2020. They promised to deliver car within 40 days.

The servicing does turn out to be expensive here as it is in the case with all big names in motor servicing. The bill will have many needless components. However, one thing I found was trained staff and use of original spares - that cannot be compromised with.

Charging like anything for my harrier second service. I went in May 2020 for first service and they were charging 233 (including all taxes for vehicle sanitization) and for second service when I visited in August 2020 they put estimate of 470 (without tax) for sanitization and for complete washing/ polishing approx 1000 extra... How come they started charging like anything.... TATA Motors should have control over thr dealership/service partners

I never see that worst kind of showroom. None of them a professional not a sales team not even manager. They behave like they are only dealer in india who sale tata cars. Showroom owner must take some action against them bcow of them there sales are vry less. I am from jodhpur but i buy my new car from Bikaner bcow the sales team are dam arrogant they dont even have a common sense of how to behave with client who come with booking amont.If there is negative rating feature in google review then i must give it to them.

Very dull staff. They were way short in terms of providing proper info about cars.Number of staff was also less and those that were present were too dull.Regarding the availability of cars they were skeptical when it came to bs 4 or 6 booking and pricing.

Tata has improved its Cars but forgot to improve customer service. This could be my second car with Marudhara Motors and hoping that customer service and staff may be improved this time but still, Staff is very irresponsible and egoist. I went to buy Nexon vehicle just before Diwali in exchange for my old tata cars. After waiting for 45-50 minutes I just walked out from the showroom with empty hands. No response, No care, no communication, nothing. They do not care who you are and why you came inside and what you want. As there is no other Tata Showroom in the city, I just dropped the idea to buy Tata cars, just because of rude and unknowing behavior.

Cheaters charge money on card payments, make hefty bills on servicing of cars in name of labour and spare parts in which labour cost is more than spare parts. Even spare parts are being highly priced. No Manners at all.At the time of selling a vehicle they are very sweet spoken and at the time of servicing they are harshly spoken. In my opinion MARUDHAR MOTORS are also doing unstasifactory job when it comes to servicing of vehicles. I am safari holder from same motors after last servicing of my vehicle average has gone for six not because of rough driving but I strongly feel these guys has not changed oil filter and air filter.- My only concerned is why this people dont allow to see customer what exactly they are doing with veh- once servicing is done because of packed engine and everything it is difficult for customer to cross check from some other mechanic if customer feels there is something wrong, because servicing centre people consider themselves as god.- Another issue is when ur vet average falls down from 13-14 to 9-10 then off course it is matter of concerned. but servicing centre people will tell u SAAB RACE KAM DO AA TO SAFARI HAI SA.
