Services here are good, but in times of Covid 19, this place has a small entrance and when a few people collect, there is literally very lill space available to even stand comfortably.Staff is good and efficient in work.The people are very active on calls and respond nicely.Im a happy customer.

That was great to hear from Epson today but I had suffered monetary loss which cannot be replaced by the apologies, I was not expecting apology call from a named brand like Epson. This really calls for compensation. I was waiting that a manager would have ask for it. But again I was left with a great disappointment. They charge 2500 bugs from me to get correct my printer and at 800 was paid by mein two times. Anyways I think customer satisfaction is not cared by rhe company like epson.
