DTDC is having worst courier service I had ever seen, they are not updating their parcel location I suffered a lot to get my item, even though I had to go and collect that

No proper response its already 3 days still Im not getting my courier...everyday they generating otp but at the end of the day they remark wrong address they are not calling to customers for verification of address or any problems...when we call from our side they are giving other numbers which are off...worst ever courier service
