Sales team is good, the representative and the area is well managed, the brochure stand is full of the brochures of all the vehicles.The service advisor team lacks expertise, (atleast in my case) as she was completely relying on the info provided by her system on feeding the data, on the contrary my vehicle had just completed 13840 kms on odometer and yet she was getting it serviced for 20000kms which let to an exponential increase in the cost, I had to contact another service advisor (Mr.Arpit Purohit) he gave his suggestions and got my bill amount down by a fair amount.The service team is great they know what, why & how to service the vehicle.The pantry serves good food at a reasonable rate.The customer lounge is a bit unkept, there were flies, pungent smell.Overall if you go in for service just take two opinions extra rather than just relying on one service advisor’s suggestion.

Visited showroom for seeing the car and test drive. Could do neither. Had called before we went. Staff wasnt educated much about the product/services. Confirmed test drive couple days later but didnt bother to give test drive nor even had the courtesy to call. Obviously, wont be buying a Toyota for now.
