The mall has the variety of products, with staff being so friendly. Good offers on products during seasons. Quality of product is also very good. This is the first mall in Basni area thats why good news for the local peoples.The most of staff is busy in packing online orders and they really dont care what you are asking them. If you cant find anything they will simply say its out of stock now. The items and price tags dont match. When ask staff that you have mention buy one get one for this product..Where is this product and they will say it finished.

Terrible experience with Trends previous staff was good and everyone used to work but now everything is slow and you will get to know everything after you select everything and go on counter, services are very poor now and when it comes to communication with customer about offers and discounts there is none at all, even if they do they pass partial information which will creates a lot of confusion which wasted my 3 hours yesterday.Really disappointed 😔

Be very careful while getting goods billed here the offers they show on shelf they dont bill you accordingly. They do offer a good range thou and is worth visiting but consumers need to be alert while they bill stuffs and double check the bill before leaving if they have bought anything in an offer.
