I came here third time first and second experience was wonderful but last visit experience was very bad because of Ms.Bhavna nurse is very bad behaviour and not helpful she told me to wait for 20 minutes for consultation Receipt because I will not booked appointment by phone I will came directly. And I request har to Dr.Pratibha told me to came at 10 am but she show attitude to us and told me to take receipt from doctor.very bad experience.I requested to trained your staff how to talk to the customer.Thank you

Mrs.patni is an amazing gynaecologist i have met till far.. she is a positive doctor.. she treats her patients very calmly and the patients have faith in her..!I would like to share my experience, my treatment was going with AIIMS hospital I didn’t found good staff and doctor there i left the hospital and at the end around 33 weeks of pregnancy i met Dr.patni … and she became a saviour for me..! I really thank god that Dr. like her also exist..! I am blessed and i am again getting my treatment from her for my second child.. all i would say may god gives you good health and wealth and a long life.. ❤️

Treatment is very good.. but the wiating line is very very huge everytime you have to wait atleast 30 minutes everytime .. hygienic. Cleaning 🧹 crew is very good .. & the behaviour of doctor is so good .. best for kids... nice place..

Dr. Patni and her husband should be behind bars. These guys would kill people for money. They give expired vaccines to their patients. Be aware!

My experience with Dr. Pratibha Patni at Ankur Nursing Home was not good at all. I’ve never seen such a money making and mismanaged private hospital so far & the entire credit goes to Dr. Patni for the MISMANAGEMENT.Nursing home charge a nominal fees of Rs. 200/- as a consultancy. In your 1st meeting Dr. Patni behaves very good, will give you very good smile and presents herself as she is the best Gyanoclogist Doctor cum caretaker of the patient which is actually a trap.Rs. 200/- gives a feel to patient that it is not much, but later on Dr. Patni writes numerous tests for which you will have to pay a very good amount and that’s the point from where nursing home starts making money.Dr. Pratibha Patni is rude and shows an arrogant behaviour from 2nd meeting onwards. It has given me a feel as a couple we are her slave which was totally unacceptable and unprofessional.In fact their own nursing home staff were not happy with Doctor’s behaviour and even told us that she is like this only. So I didn’t argued with Doctor, I believe it was waste of time, energy and spoiling my own mood. However I decided neither I’ll suggest this nursing home nor recommend Dr. Patni.They called me and my wife at 5 PM for some tests which were supposed to happen before the patient meets the doctor. I went there at 5, whereas the doctor who was supposed to do tests came on duty at 6 PM. Up to my surprise even after booking a prior appointment of 6 PM with Dr. Patni, I got a chance to meet Dr. Patni at 7: 30 PM. Upon enquiring for delay, got an answer that Dr. is busy in some operation. Most surprising was nobody informed these patients about this and we all were waiting there for our turn.Outside Dr. Patni’s chamber very limited space to sit (approx 15 chairs to sit), more than 30 patients were standing and waiting for their turn. In which there were few pregnant ladies as well and few were standing with their infants. Public toilets were dirty and were smelling badly.I’m not going to recommend Dr. Pratibha Patni at all. A government hospital is much more better comparative to Ankur Nursing Home.
