Its just named as authorized service center, on the back side where all repairing work is done by same mistri type people (as they were trying to fix minor issues) who works in other local service centers.It took all 3 months and charged 80% of the total cost of car, even when car was damaged from back side only, no damage in engine side. Out of 2,80,000 bill. 80,000 was just labour charge and I dont think they do pay those mistris that much.This is how paint job was being corrected by painter with a cotton cloth (it wasnt paint brush) lol

My Gurudev ji bought Honda wrv model from Paras Honda jodhpur, while selling a product they ll use polite and buttering words. After selling the product (vehicle) they were realizing to customer that this is punishment for you for purchasing car from Paras Honda. When we are going for service they were taking too much time and service was worste .Gurudev ji purchased this vehicle bcoz of me, I insist and convinced him to purchase this vehicle.I world say plz done buy vehicles from Paras Honda .

Very very bad experience. We have make HONDA AMAZE insurance directly from ICICI LOMBARD company.then body workshop incharge said that you will directly coordinate with surveyor.he will provide service to you. Paras honda is not responsible. Also Mr. Himanshu verma is using worst language.

Service for vehicle delivery was not bad, but there are no ACs or fan for customers,,, no hospitality for customers...no body even ask you for a glass of water...... That was drastic that I carry my own water bottle whenever I visit paras honda.... Staff is good... But need to work on hospitality of customers..... Just try once in raja Hyundai...

On behalf of Bhikhabhai Girdhardas Patel resident of Kadi, Gujarat, he paid the full amount to Paras Honda Jodhpur, Rajasthan in the amount of 5,39,000 through a bank loan approved by Kadi Nagarik Sahakari Bank Ltd. He did not receive the delivery and asked to issue the refund of the amount. The loan was disbursed on 20/11/2019 however, he did not receive the delivery till date. They promised to deliver the car on 5/12 and 10/12 but they failed to deliver it. On 10/12 we asked to cancel the order and till date there is no response from them. Very unpleasant and extremely painful to deal with these guys. We are going to lodge a complaint in consumer forum too. I highly recommend NOT to deal with them.

**Worst Experience**If u send ur car to this showroom. Parts may not available many times. Even in insurance claim estimate will be very high and if u say u dont want to do work done here, manager mr Himanshu will tell u to pay 5% of estimate amount (he says this is Honda company rules). I have complained to Honda Company also.

First of all they don’t pick the call of customers for service request..After many trials they will answer you and fix your appointment.. when you reach there on time then they say there’s no appointment by your name...Then to make them believe this you have to show them Call recording..Staff treat customers like they are paying us for getting our car serviced..If your car is old and there’s no warranty they will keep you car for 3-4 days with them just for regular service.Please don’t by cars from Paras Honda if you want Honda car go somewhere else but not this place their service quality is worstNot upto the honda standardsHonda please take some action against this dealer...I was planning to buy a new City again but now I’m going to buy ecosport just because there’s no good service in Jodhpur..

I have serviced my vehicle at many service centers all over India. One of the worst service centers I have visited. They dont value customer or their vehicle. A very bad experience to remember. They charged me for engine oil and tire rotation but didnt do it actually. Later I found I need to change the tires which over run along with the discs in my car.
