She was saying bache pe bharosa hi nahi karna chaye... And wo bache ko nakhun chuba rahi thi... To get the nuse.... Very rude with the child bache ko normalized karne ke bajye use aur dara rahi the...

A good laboratory but needs to be more flexible in term of different countries requirement. Before sampling I asked clearly if they will stamp/seal and sign the report by hand and not only electronically. They agreed. I asked for an express result same night and they charged 250 INR additional for that. Thats also acceptable. This all happened on 25th July 2021Once i reached to collect my report on 26th July noon I was told we dont sign and stamp use it the way it is printed as all others use it.This is breach of agreed terms and conditions (verbal). If they would have told me they will not sign and stamp when I visited and asked them specifically I wouldnt have gone to them.Though I am not sure this is receptionist attitude and decision or policy matter. This incident happened at Endocrine Jodhpur opposite gate 1 MDM. They have another office about 50mtrs inside the street but I am NOT referring that one.

Will not be provide reports on time. On the bill they mentioned that report to be expected on 2nd June but provided the same on 5th June. If you depend on them The Patient will remain improperly or untreated for long unjustified periods.

Despite worst situation in covid, Endocrine lab manged crowd very well.Staff was very cooperative eve though there was a rush.Thank you so much for providing such a good service in tough time.

3rd class laboratory service in india i face very bad experience in this laboratory i give a bcr abl test in this laboratory and receptionist give me 10 days reporting time and i call in endocrine laboratory after 10 days and his not answering my call and not responding me.please not waste your time and blood in this laboratory.

No hard feelings laboratory is goodbut what is not right i will say about it.One important thing like to mention that non of there staff is wearing MASK in this corona time as its related to health.Giving one star bcoz careless mistake done by one of there staff related to telling test charges through phone. Taken veg food test charges was Rs.2200 that I paid and later I called for to add drug test also and i asked what extra charges need to pay at time of collecting the report, one of there staff said Rs.500 and I said oky add this test also. And next day I received message for collecting reports and you have to pay Rs.2200 more for test. how this mistake can be done by them so angry with this type of service mistake. Yet I had to pay full and they didnt gave any concessions. They are saying they dont know who received the phone and tell this. Not happy with this. There should be one tele caller to receive phone call so that in future this type of mistake didnt happen with anyone else.

Disgusting and pathetic lab. I personally advice to avoid this lab. I had my RTPCR test done in this lab and was told that my report will be given in six to seven hours. They didnt even register my ID. My report wasnt given and whenever you call this insane lab people they just dont pick your call. Still awaiting my report. Dont visit this lab.
