Such a nice place to stay. But its located quite far from the city in a remote place and transportation is an issue if you dont have your personal vehicle. But overall the place is clam and relaxing

Overall facilities are really fascinating, but however prices are approximately 30-38 lakh for 2bhk and 40+lakh for 3bhk all flats are amazingly developed!and it’s obvious you’ll have to pay 5k per month as maintenance service for your entire life🙂🙂

This place is like an Oasis in the middle of a desert. Very cool with greenery. Quiet neighbourhood, well tucked away from the towns buzzing. Houses are well designed. Generally beautiful place, am glad to have experienced it.

Maintenance is very high, after buying flat we have to pay @5000 pm. Society is clean but approaching routes are very polluted, broken roads.Here demanding accounts regarding maintenance charges is big crime even they can disconnet water supply.

I am a resident of Parshvnath city Jodhpur which is just besides Ashiana, I went to Ashiana Jodhpur today as we have come up with a new concept for quality education and we have opened an academy for the same and we wanted the students of Ashiana to know what is happening in the neighborhood, we went door to door and had a word with a lot of people and we were getting good responses but suddenly the guard comes and asks me to meet someone in the office, I had no issue and went to the office so that I could clear out things but as soon as I went to the office a guy named Nigam Prakash started shouting, abusing and threatening me, he even started accusing me of doing wrongs things in the society and told guards nikalo inhe yahaan se, the behaviour that we saw to today was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. If such uneducated and unprofessional people are handling the management then I really feel sorry for residents of Ashiana.To all the people who are looking for flats or any other property in Ashiana trust me its not a place where youll be safe, because if the representative himself has no manners to talk and behave then what safety can you expect while you stay there.A message to the head office : You need to take care of this otherwise Ill take it to all the social media platforms and all other media channels.

Ashiyana dwarka apartment good of living

Ashiana Dwarka is an amazing Township. The construction, the design, the quality, and above all the very courteous staff right from local to the Head Quarters, it was a wonderful experience. At the time of my registry because of the highly professional staff it was an amazingly smooth affair. They modestly said that it would take maximum three to four hours but it was done in less then two hours. Kudos to Bohra Ji and Vivek Giri. Highly professionally people.Total experience right from site visiting to registry was a JOY. But now some bad elements have come in. Some maintenance staff is bad some residents are not as per the township. Too conservative. Too Selfish.
