Amenities are good.But floor plan is not so appealing.

Nice project, good location in jodhpur, but poor planning, Architect need to work on there planning, there is lot of wastage of area in villa, room size are same as the size of my store, even the washroom size are not good. There is no need to give double heights in villa.Please plan according. As per market demand.

Villa layout are very compact. Not at all satisfactory.
