Truly Ancient Temple of the age of Ramayana. The fort was under the Ravanas in Laws Family. It is being operated since then. And Now Its tens or may be Hundreds of Century since when it is being worshipped.It is said that the Fort was flipped upside down by a worshipper, long time after it is being constructed.

This was the location of the current idol installed in the Mehrangarh fort. When Rao Jodha decided to move his capital from Mandore to Jodhpur on 12th May 1459, he took the idol and installed in the present location.
