Very good service good staff

They dont give proper response to call, I said them I couldnt track my courier after trying many times, but they dont give any justification and satisfaction answer to me, although I paid for urgent courier but still no proper response!So trying to build up service more better as customer expected !

Very poor service and IRRESPONSIBLE People.They accept my package and take full payment but at the time of delivery they can not deliver my pack and said that the area is not in his range. But they cant tell anything about this bloody range before taking package.And even they cant have any regret for that.

Third class courier services. Could not rely any more. Prime location like Mumbai and Kolkata, they are not able to deliver the parcel even in 10 days time. Irresponsible people at Jodhpur and other offices. The behaviour of staff is non cooperative... Even After repeated follow up, the parcel are not being delivered.
