They cheated by delivering the display product which was lying in their store for long. It was full of dust and smughes. Plastic covering which gives a feel of new product was also not present. When delivered, it was not packed properly and there was no user manuals and product handbook present inside the box. Inspite of telling again and again during purchase they did this cheating with us. Purchase was for Symphony Winter Cooler 80 XL. Please use your hard eraned money wisely by not wasting for this kind of cheating.
