One star is less because there are number of staff and sometimes only one person operate and you need to wait in a long queue even if you are getting late. Also, without confirmation from customer they put power petrol in tank which js costlier. But, recently CNG has been started which is a plus point.

Worst experience , havent started with zero , filled 1500 rupees petrol instead of 2000, took the payment before filling the petrol. Staff was not at all ready to confess that the cheated . I told them meter is not showing they said madam thoda chaloge to bhar jaega , aap tank aur full karwa lo . Registered the complaint in their register . Wont go again

Staffs behaviour is very bad and rudely talk and also cheat with costumers when i visit this petrol pump with my daddy. We giving 500rs for petrol but they are fill only 300rs petrol. Because before us costumer pay 200rs for petrol and petrol pump staff never start with 0 they are start with 200rs to 500Rs im capture this and complaint to staff seniors then they are say sorry and thats staff behaviour and use abusing words. And if you want to get full trusted petrol pump then dont go there.

Worst !!! The staff there is so inefficient, I just went there to fill in the nitrogen gas in my car & the employee didnt even know how to operate the filling machine. Moreover I insisted them to fill in the air back atleast & I ended up wasting my 45 mins there & further he asked me to pay, like SERIOUSLY !!I request the management to please look into this matter & atleast Train Your Employees with the basic operations 🤷🤷

Staff is not supporting... They are thinking that they are the owner of pump and not behaving good. No customer respect.

Located on a much needed place as there is no petrol pump nearby, there is one at Kishor Bagh which always has shortage of petrol because thay mainly concern about buses and diesel vehicles. Staff is friendly and the all over atmosphere is positive here. Additional services are good and free as well. No such incident of cheating has recorded yet and hopefully it will never happen in future. There is good space at the petrol pump which make this pump is quite comfortable for costumers.People who has given low ranking should visit this petrol pump in July 2018, so many things have been changed.

Staff is friendly. Air machine available. Petrol are available both normal and qualityfull. Petrol availability is not bed, means you dont wait a more time to fulfill fuel⛽, because of more fuel⛽ fill up junction are available.
