Customer servicd is poor, the person sitting has overbearing attitude. They have no precise knowledge about the procedure. The fund performance is good bt customer service is extremely poor and need to improve

The employees sitting here are just hopeless, they didnt even bother to ask you regarding your query/complaint , even when you are sitting in front of them, they are busy in chit-chat with each other. This is really very disgusting .The employees should pay attention to the customers visiting the office and at least they should have the courtesy to ask HOW MAY I HELP YOU
