I went to the Titan jodhpur store about approx 3 months ago and I met the Technician Mr. MD Chand and his team, I got the eyes testing optom Mr Umesh done from the store itself and after that I was shown the frame by technician Mr. MD Chand and also give me the features of the frame . And I liked the Ray ban frame and the Titan lens, but I used to have nose pads on my nose marks , but the technician told me that the nose marker makes Nissan only when the nose pad is hard, and your specs nose pad hard after change free of cost and i am finally purchase suggest for technician.I am very happy and all the staff got very good and practical

Everything is fine it took 3 days for my spects to get ready hence i was not able to collect them due to lockdown

Bought a pair of lenses .. they said scratch resistance, fog resistance,blue coating and uv protected.. but what I see is only blue coating rest everything is fake.. in two months my lenses have got hundreds of scratches after using there own piece of cloth.. they changed once but still the secand pair are same.. heavily disappointed from titan..The shop owner called me In shop for service and started shouting .. worst shop owner worst service
