Spacious rooms. Well maintained property.Loved their prompt housekeeping service.Food was good not great. Could have had some more non veg dishes.Reception was very deserted most times with no one available for quick queries. The shop inside was good with reasonable rate considering it is within this posh hotel.The highlight of this stay was the big billiards room. We had a lot of fun there and there were no one else apart from our family playing that gave us a big private pool table.

A very huge property but very few staff to maintain, there was no one to receive us when we arrived.. we booked half board (dinner and breakfast) for 2 rooms and 2 nights.. I was disappointed with their buffet menus in breakfast and dinner, as a 5 star hotel they must have good wide variety of dishes in buffet and we paid close to 8k per night and there was hardly 8 to 10 dishes in buffet which was not worth the price..But whatever they had in the buffet was tasty..Few staffs are really trained well and few are not trained (a lady Staff in the restaurant ) they never greet us and they will always stare at you as if you are at the hotel for free...

Rooms are quite spacious and good. But the biggest disappointment was the staff. Visitors were also not allowed in the rooms and felt that the staff behavior was more like a 2-star hotel than a 5-star one.Not at all recommended as there are much better hotels with great hospitality.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The staff were very great and the sevice was exceptional as well.

Pathetic service, a cup tea also cannot be delivered to the room, if you want something customized and when i say customized ( just ginger and cardamom with less milk and no sugar) staff says NO on your face! Food is pathetic, I ordered through zomato they dont even let the valet keep the food at the main gate just to hold, I understand getting the zomato valet inside the premises ahead if front desk is not allows in many properties but since Indana is 10* property the main gate Guard dont allow the valet to enter inside the gate moreover when i requested please keep my food I will come down and collect the food he wasnt ready for the same! I asked the valet to make the guard to speak to me, guard says mei baat nahi karunga bol do madam ko akar apna ye leke jaaye! Hospitality -0, food-0, the waiters are not even trained looks like they got them from some dhaba, they make so much of noise while assembling the cutlery in the restaurant Angithi, your have to call more than 10 times from room to order something as no one picks up at room service in one go! Overall a pathetic and weird and bad experience. I would prefer staying to some hotel if i dont get the booking done for any good hotel in emergency but never INDANA. go to this hotel only if you want to spoil your trip! (Agar 1 star se below rating scale hota tow i would have given that!).Everything. bedsheets were smelly! Washroom commode seat has yellow spots from the inside since the washrooms are never cleaned properly precisely the POT! Food is bad! Only thing which i loved was veg Manchurian dry and thats what i had both afternoon and evening. ordered yellow dal rice, dal was ok but rice were stale! Buffet was bad there were ants in the bowls kept next to baked macroni, and fruit flies and food flies in the salad which they say is freshly cut and was bought to our table. the only person who was good was Prince someone from staff, who really helped and made tea for us, and made us some good drinks from the bar like espresso martini and old fashioned! That is it! Which was good rest all all bad!

My brother got married there back in 2019. We loved the stay. We couldnt enjoy too many facilities like play area because we were busy with ceremonies. But the rooms were spacious. Linen was nice. Breakfast spread was average. Personally, i stayed in junior suite and it served our family of 3 amazingly. Hospitality was top notch.Overall, highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Large corridors, large rooms , play area, marriage halls, food service, entire palace feels like a time travel. Everything is like a dream come true and spacious rooms, spacious gardens, large swimming pools. Everything is well placed at its proper place. Guest welcoming is fabulous with welcome drinks and else everything is overwhelming and also a shop inside for shopping of all antiques and famous things of the state at a reasonable price. One time visit once in a life.

If you planning to book a room in indana palace so make sure to take your covid-19 vaccination certificate if you dont have that so they ask for RT PCR Test. You need to submit any one certificate if you not submitted that so they didnt give you the room.

Stayed overnight with family/kids. Good facility with spacious rooms. Proper security and sanitation in place which was clearly visible and gave us a lot of comfort. Food was delicious and quiet a good spread for the breakfast. Has a local artisian/gift shop inside, which had quiet reasonable pricing as well. A bit near to the airport and could hear very loudly the plane movements during the evenings.

We were disappointed with our choice to stay at Indana Palace. The rooms AC was stinking and they first try to solve the issue but later they changed the room but that also didnt help the other rooms AC was also having same issue.The breakfast spread was not great either.The rooms were spacious and staff were courteous and helpful.

Didnt get the expected services. Very slow service. Had to self service luggages to rooms and again to our cars. ACs were turned off during the main functions.

Poorly maintained property. One should stay in umeed bhawan which is far better. Attached some photos of premium room (115) of indana palace which is in a very sad state. And surprisingly, restaurant is also very bad. They dont even have the cloth napkin to offer which is bare minimum hygiene anyone expects from a 5 star resort.

Kalyana lake is one of most importent lake of Jodhpur and also tourest place. Booked it to gift a luxury day to my wife on our anniversary. Five star property (as acclaimed online) is expected to provide some kind of treatment especially when its our anniversary (even a lower category hotels does so if known about some special day of a guest). But it was a normal check in (though my wife had to wait outside the entrance of the hotel with the luggage while i went to reception to ask the gentlemen sitting to help us with our luggage as NO ONE was available at the entrance at the time of our check in 12:30pm) Anyways, the hotel staff and management were mostly busy in preparations for an upcoming marriage arrangements for the next day, so the room service including house keeping had to be reminded atleast one or two times for our requirements (least expected from a 5star propertys staff). Wanted to have a candle light arrangement in their only restaurant for our anniversary dinner, but that also got rejected, as the server asked us to proceed to our room for ala-carte service as only guests who want to purchase buffet can eat at the restaurant for the night.Otherwise a normal 5 star infrastructure with a service not meeting expectations from a such star rated property.

We got the best deal via Agoda.com and it was worth every penny. Such grandeure and roylness. The place actually looks like a small mehal. Provided with all the facilities and amminities, this place is good for a relaxing stay. They have restaurant, pool, bar, small handicraft shop and spa. The food is okay but slightly pricey.Overall a good place for relax stay.

Only option to travel is hotel travel desk.5. Airport transfer is charged at Rs.700 per side. Which I think is too much given that airport is hardly 1.5 Km6. Staff is very good and co operative7. Indana Palace is on the outskirts of the city, close to the Cantonment & Airport. It has the looks and feel of a heritage property. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable, with bathtubs in bathrooms. They have only a single restaurant i.e Angithi, but the food is good. The breakfast buffet has a good spread. In full, Amazing Experience.The only flip side I found is that, as its outside city, the Ola & Uber drivers generally refuses to pick and drop here, stating the extra distance.. But if you have your vehicle, then no issues..Cheers :) have a great stay
