Spacious, good education, cbse pattern

Do read this :::: review starts in next para.So, I was using a phone while eating at my home, my niece was there and she did the same and another day I was reading a book and she did the same, that day I learned kids dont learn by telling but they learn by observing. So, whenever she be at my place I behave so that she doesn’t do something which Parents wouldn’t t want in her habits, u see it’s not about teaching her, it’s about changing myself so that she can observe better things outta me.So, Here is it,I went for an interview to be a dance teacher there, they judged me by my appearance and lied to me and I was told “Kabir we will call you within 30mins as Sir is busy at the moment” I said “Okay I’ll be around please give me a call”And I waited and I never received a call, when I called, I was told “You can join somewhere else if you’re getting an offer because as sir will stay for some more time and interview cannot be conducted” , next day I sent my friend and he was hired in few hours.You guys keep a very low and closed mentality to provide knowledge and raise the next generations, your place do look fancy and so appropriate but let me tell you the truth, you can only teach what’s inside your head to the kids, cause kids don’t learn when you tell them, they learn by observing.I hope the mentality will change in time, cause I dont wanna see kids which is our next generation raised by that kinda mentality to judge somebody, I believe parents would want the same to see their kids above appearances and genders to become a better human.Thanks for the lesson though!RegardsKabir
