When I visit this hospital there hospita staff and medial shop staff also not wearing mask and no social distance according to COVID rules and no one ask any customer to wear mask and hospital used item were thrown out side at walking path of hospital and no proper guard .

Due to my busy lifestyle,I rarely give comments regarding any organization but this time i am not able to stop myselfjust by giving excuses that I am busy because like me others parents can save her kids with this normally unknown problem in kids.I have 2 years old baby and she start doing vomiting ..i thoughts it normal for kids but she also had pain in stomach so i search good hospital near by and reach to NeoKids Hospital. The Entry fee was reasonable and I quickly gotappointment with Dr. Baldev Sharma. when he did check up on my baby ,he explained something in dr. language and at the same time he explain me like her one intestine goes inside another intestine ,that time they given someinjection and asked me to take her to Sonography ,till that time i was confident ..i thoughts its normal because Dr. just checked by hand so nothing will be like that but when Sonography reports comes and the guy who was doing sonography told me this is emergency case and her one intestinegoes to other 10cm segment and the way to take out is doing operation of Stomach ..that time i feel like pairo ke neeche se jameen khisak gai .my wife start crying,we again met Baldev sir ,he talked with surgeon and he gave me his words that your baby is under a good doctor so trust me and lets Surgeon to check.they told they try to do best and operation will be last option ,The surgeon start doing some procedure called HydorReduction of Intussusception andhe told 90% chance to come out without operation,his words give me some relief ..Dr Bladev sir also wait till late night to just check case closely ..and next day morning after sonography ..when they told its already come out ,i dont have words to explain my feeling,i was very happy ..i told thank you so many times whoever was involved in it .they keep one day more in observation,Dr Amar singh also check next day and then they release us.I am thanking God for taking my decision to choose NeoKids Hospital, its very good Hospital for Kids.Dr. are doing very hard to serve the patients and otherstaff are very supportive .one Advice to the parents Dont take lightly any issue in the baby and take them in hospital as soon as possible.Hope my these words can help someone and the post I am writing is based on my experience :)Once again thanks Dr. Baldev Sharma, surgeon(Dr D S Rathore) ,Dr. Amar Singh and NeoKids Hospital staff.

Five star for the specialised doctors.All the paediatricians are highly qualified. Dr D S Rathore is highly qualified surgeon.The only issue i found is the management is slack and the facilitiea for attendant are minimum. Toilets are not clean and there is no proper seating arrangement. I guess this is because there is lot of load of patients. I will not be surprised if these brilliant doctors would have to look for a bigger and better building in few years.I recommend these brilliant doctors to tighten there hospital management and little things like seating arrangement.

Worst hospital in jodhpur, my baby suffer from Diarrhoea and i took treatment from neokids, they continue pressurised me to admit in hospital in private room we denied for that, then they gave drip and some injection to child which are very costly, despite of that 0% improvement in child, they need only money, they do not care about child. They just want commission in medicines and room.

Few doctors are good.but remaining are same as other private hospital they are running business.Worst experience with nursing staff.which make hospital worst.I went for surgery of my baby , doctor operated twice and failed both the time.It seem like they are doing experiment.and said now only god is hope thenFinally i took baby to AIIMS- Jodhpur it took time but they made operation Successful and baby is now well and healthy.Interesting thing its free of Cost for baby upto 1 years and we are lucky that we have AIIMS in jodhpurThank God..

There is no better hospital in western Rajasthan to treat newborns. The doctors and staff here are very good. The newborn ICU here is very good.

It should be named Pooter Kids, not Neo Kids. According to them, you will have to admit to potty children, they will keep you there, they will rob you, there are other ways of looting. Will, you will get this ambulance arranged for every test, even if the test lab is outside the hospital gate, the ambulance will take you to others hospital. Gives you a lot of tests. Nothing is as it is, the arrangement is not right, it would be better to go to the maternal and infant disease mdm hospital, we go to the parivet hospital so that treatment can be done and even the nursing staff who do not know about it at the time of leave.
