Would not recommend anyone.Had our baby delivered and then had to follow up for almost a month to file documents with Nagar Nigam. Reason for delay staff is on holiday and have taken paper along with him. which I personally feel is very unprofessional on hospitals behalf.Very unhygienic rooms..Toilets are also not clean..The support staff including nurses do not even have basic knowledge to calm a patient.Would not prefer to go even if it is last hospital remains.

Poor people & service, just before at 7.50 am except security no body was available & LL getting no reply ever, it is #COVID19 vaccine center but excuse, vaccine is out of stock. Comparisonlly just worst service, group may be good but staff is very poor.

Never answer phone calls, hope less reception. If someone is dieing they wont care,, no services of calls and ambulances on time. No one is bothered to chk online reviews from hospital and respond to it. Looks like hospital is opened just for fun sake.

Very congested. Overloaded with LIC employees and Bank employees who have tie up for health check up. Looong wait time. Visited in covid19 period : no social distancing (as is in most places, and hospitals in Jodhpur)

WORST HOSPITAL IN JODHPUR, bloody they dont even have proper staff and whoever is available they are bloody illiterates who cant understand even simple Hindi language. Nobodys on time, they call patient thrice and still the receptionist says, the staff is not available. Bloody cheap hospital.

The doctors at the hospital are very friendly and seem to care a lot about patients. Dr. Mili Inania is probably one of the best & friendliest doctors in the city.However my reason for the poor rating is the staff other than the doctors & nurses at the hospital. Folks at reception act like they are more busy than the doctors themselves. They have poor attitude and hardly want to help people in need. For my request of a receipt of payment, first they tried to tell me that it had been already provided and then after further discussions, they asked me to come back a day later. After I told I drove nearly 10kms for this reason alone, they asked me to wait for 5-10 mins. Even after 15-20 mins no update was provided. Meanwhile I was sitting hardly 5 ft. from the reception, listening to their gossip. I mean how hard is to fill a cash receipt. All it requires is a name, amount, date, signature. If the insurance company was not so hesitant about this, I would have let it go.So my advice is consult the doctors at home, and avoid dealing with the incompetent staff.
