Covid time : it became covid hospital but some of the doctors cum marketing specialist doctors they are attending patients attender as customer who come for hospital to purchase product even they are playing with attenders emotion. Very pathetic hospital I will never recommend to go this hospital. And once patient admitted in ICU then no one can know what happened with patients. Bcz there is no updates will given to attenders

Took us literally 45 mins to get vaccinated. For the first dose at MGH hospital it took us less than 10mins.They appointed the guard to do the paper work for covid. Just imagine.Also they are not giving the vaccination bill.

Hi, I am at medipulse with my father. The owner made a fantastic hotel... ooh sorry people call it as hospital.Every thing is well managed. All procedures regarding test, receipt, hospitalization, food, room allotment is fantastic as these all are linked to monetary benefits. But if I talked about facilities not related to revenue generation this hospital is pathetic and even worst that a government hospital. Noone is bothered on housekeeping, operation, customer service etc related matters which are monetarily not linked.What else to mention if a toilet seat cant be repaired in 24 hrs time.I would be checking out today and someone else would be made fool.

It appears reviews are paid or biasedif one is looking for only good infrastructure, one may go to medipulse. Doctors are greedy. doctors in cardiology and orthopedic department force patients for surgery. specifically in cardiology department doctors not prefer CT coronary Angiography, which is lesser invasive and of less costly though it depends on case to case. My mother was admitted in the hospital and my experience is bad.in my fair opinion one should go for government hospitals or at least get review from fair doctors....
