I have visited Sunita Motors today(20-Sept-2021) as planing to purchase new bike. I asked one of their executive to show. But his behaviour was not good. He was behaving like he doesnt care whether I should buy or not. When ask about features of bike he was like This is the bike you can see dont ask me.I dont want to mentioned his name as it will not be good. But as per his age 40+ I thought that he would be much more helpful to me.From On this day I would not recommend anyone to visit Sunita Motors.

Worst service i had ever seen.They said your Scotty will be ready by tomorrow but it takes 5 days. This doesnt end here, on billing they charge Rs 1000 for all work but when i took Scotty from service center, the Scotty stop working within few minutes. This doesnt end here😂😂. Now you will see the unprofessional work. They say we forget to charge Rs 500 in the bill. So you have to pay Rs 500 extra and then we will done your service. For proof i am attested the bills. Definitely i will complain on the TVS costumer complain portal but please dont give your vehicle here. They will charge you full but dont work.

Very Bad Service & Non Experience Mechanic.The part which is not to be changed in the bike is also changed and given by making a bill.

Need to improve skills of technical staffs , and its monitering by management.

Shakti bhai is amazing mechanic..but worst sales experience..when I had gone there to purchase my bike, they replied me very rudely when I asked them when the abs version of Apache RTR 200 will come..the sales executive replied leni ho to yeah lo, koi mtlb nahi abs, kb ayegi malum nAHI.

Worst,baddest, local,and the dumbest workers are working here ....if you want to ruin your bikes or scooty plzz contact to Sunita motors bcoz they are professional in doing it...I am giving 1 start bcoz that is the least one..if not they dont even deserve that too ....I had an accident in March last year I was hospitalized and my bike was given to them as per the insurance. It took me 2 months to recover I had 2 fractures...and my bike was given them the next day of my accident. And they took 3 months to repair it and when I asked ki why is it taking so much time for my bike to be repaired...they answeredki Bhai yha to aise hi hota he krwa lo khi aur see .... And after that also my bike was there for 1 week.....and then when I got my bike rim was from any other bike front rim was of red and the 2 rim was of white ..my handle was not straight my bike all had the used parts ...and the bill was made of 35000 and when I cheaked it again the parts that were descibed was not even changed ....and when I cheaked bill again and cheaked the prices of the parts ...they charge 6000 more than the original bill ....so its my request to u all that plzz plzz dont gave your bikes and scooty to them they will literally ruin it ....thank you so much ...and yes this pic is not taken from my home this pic is was taken at service centre where they all keep there bikes in sunlight and all ....

Nice customer service. Every time I visit the service centre, my experience is better than last time. They explain everything in detail and tell you what is good for your vehicle. Usually get my bike serviced within 3-4 hours even if I give it in busy hours.
