I had done an ac service on 26th June xcent RJ-15-CA-1794. If you left the hose pump open then the engine jammed who responsible for this. Such a big mistake which is not apologizing for such a service center.

Very worst experience with hyundai staff. Recently sent my car for service but the service done was so poor that it was not the worth of money which I have paid. And about staff they were ignoring and not responding also every staff is blaming other staff. no one is properly authorised here to take care of. Worst worst experience.

The place is clean and the staff working is very friendly.I have had a few issues in the past with the service of my car but they were eventually resolved. Service is sometimes slow but majority of the time I have got my money’s worth.It would be great if they could speed up the billing process when you’re at the service center to pickup your car otherwise I’m quite satisfied with their service. It’s a positive sign that they listen to the complaints and resolve the issue when they know that they have done something wrong.

I was travelling from Chandigarh to Jodhpur for vacation and I got an engine check light warning in my 2012 i20 Asta. As my destination was jodhpur which was almost 130kms away, i checked for the service station on google and Raja hyundai popped up. I promptly called them and they made me talk to an engineer to asked me to do a small check which will ensure my car can reach Jodhpur safely.Once there I took my car to their service station ad I was tended to within 10min and my cars issue was diagnosed within the next 30minsThey have great mechanics who helped my get my car fixed real quick so that my trip does not get derailedTotally recommended for any issues with a hyundai car.
