Wish I could give them 0 star !!Worst car servicing ever I faced. I really wish, I should have read the negative reviews before going there for my car servicing. I went there, as my Swift was having sound and suspension problem, and even after spending more than 13,000, they ensured to make the problem worse. Power steering lost its natural turn, and suspension is even more poor even after changing all the parts. When I complained after 20 days of servicing, the owner is saying, 1 mahina ho gaya, gaadi kahi thoki hogi and above that, aap lekar aao, charge lagega. Even for a poor service by him, he has audacity to ask for charge for correcting the faults that he has created in first place.Worst service ever; Dont ever go there !!Better to go to your car brands authorised service center They may charge higher but still they will be accountable for that.

Shocked and surprised to see & feel the worst type of SERVICES both in terms of MECHANICAL SERVICES and ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES on ground. Neither the staff nor the so called MANAGER is totally clueless & have no knowledge of such COSTLY CAR. LOOK at the Garrage where JEEP CARS are parked. full of dust. Even some cars are parked along the road side since he has hardly any space . NO PLACE FOR SEATING FOR CUSTOMERS. NO proper staff at all .only MR bhandari & his family members are all in one who are clueless about DOCUMENTATION & ENGINEERIG WORK IN THE WORKSHOP. NO documents available since no computer clerk or expert data clerk avilable . mr Chirag who is whol & sole is most arrogant & clueless about mechanical , SERVICING & CONDUCT WITH CUSTOMERS IN PROVIDING DOCUMENTS,& SERVICES . FIRST TIME IN LIFE SEEN SUCH STATE OF AFFAIRS . AFTER 6.00 PM POOR MECHANICS have to work with TORCHES incl personal mob lights . workshop is worth visiting & SEEING .i AM SURPRISED THAT how dealership has been given by FCA US LLC when the sole Dealer PC BHANDARI JODHPUR doesnot meet BASIC CRITERIA OF WAREHOUSING ,GARRAGE FACILITY,PROPER WORKSHOP, CUSTOMER CARE & FACILITY OF SEATING & WASHROOM .NO DOCUMENTS MAINTAINED .When asked reply was yahan aise hi chalta hai ye JODHOUR HAI , YAHAN UNPADH LOG JINKE PAS BAHUT PAISA HAI CAR LEJATEN HAIN ,KOI KAGAJ NAHI MANGTA HAI . For INSURANCE , they have tied up with some company & do not allow customer to go to any other INSURANCE COMPANY .IS IT NOT MONOPOLY,MALPRACTICE, MISGUIDING CUSTOMERS WITH HIDDEN AGENDA.Why NO Transparancy ? if you insist on documents or not satified with services, thei so called SELF STYLED manager Mr CHIRAG THREATENS the customers of dire consequences of NO SERVICE TO YOUR CAR , DO WHATEVER YOU LIKE. PLEASE VISIT Other show rooms like VOLKS WAGON ,HUNDAI ETC . THERE ARE BASIC NORMS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR DEALERSHIP. REASONS BEST KNOWN TO WHO EVER HAS GIVEN HIM DEALERSHIP WITHOUT Meeting any CRITERA. MY request to FCA, US mumbai office to CARRY OUT AN AUDIT & INSPECTION ON ABOVE POINTS IN THE OVERALL INTEREST OF CUSTOMERS AT JODHPUR ie PC bhandari cars dealer & you will know it. Point about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION - SALUTE TO DEALERS EFFICEINCY that a CAR FOR FIRST SERVICING was admitted on 8th oct & was handed over to the CUSTOMER AFTER 12 DAYS ie 19 th OCT & THAT too with 2 to 3 visits . & customer had to request for cleaning properly. no trained mechanics nor any trained staff to deal customer is employed by him. request to CUSTOMERS THINK BEFORE YOU VISIT HERE . BETTER SEE OTHER PLACES SINCE YOU ARE PAYING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY NOT FOR BUYING TENSIONS OF SUCH SERVICES & FACING SUCH ARROGANT & INCOMPETANT STAFF WHO WILL FORCE YOU & THREATEN YOU. LETS NOT SALE CONSCIOUS & SACRIFICE OUR HAPPINESS. ONLY AN ARMED FORCES OFFICER CAN WRITE WHAT IS RIGHT IN THE INTEREST OF INDIANS.THANKS
