Had a horrifying experience with K B Arts & Crafts. My wife and I were in Jodhpur and visited K B Arts. We were looking for furniture for our new home in Gurgaon. We selected two center tables and were very sweetly assured by the proprietor Vijay that the tables would be manufactured and delivered to us in two months. The tables were manufactured and delivered to us after six months! And this was after a 100 follow-up phone calls and WhatsApp messages. After the long wait, when the tables arrived, we were horrified. They were damaged and very so poorly finished that they were impossible to use. The antique brass plating finish was a joke. Someone had hand painted the legs of the table with gold paint. The bone inlay work was cracked and badly scratched. Unfortunately, Im not being to upload the pictures of the tables on this page. Please reach out to me if you need proof of their extremely poor workmanship. Needless to say, K. B. Arts had taken a 100% advance payment and refused to refund our money. Vijay offered to get the tables back to Jodhpur and get them fixed and then send them back. But, after our 6 month long wait my wife and I had no faith that K B Arts had the capability to deliver the quality of product we wanted. Its been such a disappointing misadventure that I thought I should warn other unsuspecting buyers about the complete unprofessionalism of Vijay and his team at K. B. Arts.I am surprised to read your response to my review. You sent me top shot of the table. Attached see 3 photos of your poor workmanship. (Please go to the photos section of the website to see the pictures of the poor workmanship of K.B. Arts). No way I could have seen it in the long shot photos you sent me for approval. Just proves what a lying thief you are. If you were not at fault why did you offer to fix the tables? The only reason we did not send the tables back was because we were sure that you dont understand what good workmanship looks like. We wanted a refund. You refused to give us that. God help your customers abroad.And how dare you say you dont want customers like me! We are honest and trusting people who get taken in by crooks like you. Our only recourse as cheated customers is to go on social media and air our grievances.Be happy with the money you stole from us. You give the fantastic handiwork of Rajasthan a bad name. Now I am going to take you to a consumer court. You will not get away with this lightly.

I recently purchased the Industrial Coffee Table and Chairs for one our hospitality client from Best of Exports, and I must say that I was really impressed by the quality which they offered. The finishing on the wood was butter smooth and most of the products were delivered in showroom condition. Another important point to note is that the assembly instructions that came with the table were extremely clear and we had no issues putting everything together. It took us some time, but the step-by-step instructions and pictures made it a pretty seamless process.

Great prices for over a million items displayed. Best part is that no commission is paid to agents so prices are low.

Disappointed in colors on product. Poor communication after trying to correct it. I would not recommend going hear again. Truly disappointed for the money I spent.
