On Call pickup facility is Awesome, Pickup boy come with weighing machine and book shipment on door. Mostly after call , he reached in 20 minutes. Awesome pickup and delivery.

Customer support of DTDC is great, I booked my shipment for Mumbai in plus service (premium) and as committed it reached next day in evening. And I got delivered messages on my registered mobile number.It was great experience, Now I ship my all documents and parcel thru DTDC courier. Specially for Jwala Vihar branch only because here I get proper attention, and they are very much corporative.And best part is that I receive booking SMS and delivered SMS, where as from other branches I never get delivery SMS or booking SMS.
