I can tell you with personal experience that you call anywhere else and they will tell you to bring in the laptop to see what the issue is and theyll say ek do din mein dekh ke batate hain. Whereas when I called Vijay I asked him if he would be able to clean my MSI laptop (the model is MSI GS65 and its notorious for being hard to open and get into), he simply asked me to whatsapp him the model number and send a picture of the back and front. Within 3 minutes of sending the pictures I got a reply saying that he can fix it and gave me an estimate of the cost right there. I also asked him if it would be possible to get it cleaned within a day as I needed the laptop to finish my work for my job (I didnt expect to get a positive answer for this), and he said that he can do this in 4 hours. I was honestly amazed.So I took the laptop to his shop and he calmly and where precisely explained to me the problems that my laptop had, told me exactly how they were going to be fixed. Every other shop I have visited before this, the people think that you are stupid and they dont really say anything to provoke that thought but you can just feel it, but here Vijay explains every single thing in detail so that you are aware what exactly the process is going to be. I dropped the laptop at 3:30 pm and by 6:30 pm the laptop was ready for pickup!! The laptop now literally functions like a brand new piece, I can not emphasize how big the performance boost is. Please have a look at the images Ive attached below to get and Idea what Im exactly talking about.Honestly this was a really fulfilling experience for me to actually come across a professional who is Passionate and Honest towards their work and possess a great amount of knowledge about the field they are working in, people like this are really hard to find nowadays who genuinely do something because they love it and not for the money.IF anyone has any issues with any electronics THIS IS the ONLY PLACE Ill recommend to get it fixed without a doubt. Well i had some liquid spilled on my lapy, and it was on at that time. So it caused short circuit and was not turning on later. But thanks to vs service, now its is in good condition and looks completely new and got it timely. But everything comes with price so its better to avoid such situation and never have any kind of liquid around electronic component and if some misfortune happens switch it off immediately and do not turn it on for some days until u r sure its completely dry.
