Shop Owner is very rude. He doesnt know how to speak to customers. No decency at all. You can try inquiring about any laptop on phone and his response will give you idea about his behaviour. I wonder how can even one purchase something from this store considering the pathetic behaviour of the store owner.Also, the owner tried to sell me an year old laptop. Very disappointed.

After customer service is good. I lost my laptop bill after 1 year and asked bhaiya to find it in their software . With valid payment proof punit bhaiya sended the pdf bill. This is after customer service which lacks in many places. But club laptop provided.
