The work of a good service center is to provide good service. Of course, Im little angry with the Samsung company because of the problem in my phone and accessories. But the satisfaction of the customers coming to the service center is the responsibility of that service center and this service center’s team has done this responsibility very well. Im completely satisfied with this service centers work. Fully Satisfied.....

I am a user of the samsung galaxy note 5 phone. I was having issues with my screen, the staff here told me that I had to shell out 10000 rs for the same. after paying the hefty sum when I took the phone home after having replaced the screen. there seem to arise new issues altogether. the S-pen stylus does not come out now. the battery started to heat up and swell. I never expected such things after coming out of an authorised service center. I will not recommend this to anyone.the service is not even bad, it is blatant cheating.
