Disappointed and worst ever service!!!!I am very happy to share this that I wont be visit this showroom or service center again. I bought my car from here and when I went to service my car, the staff was not professional specially service managers they dont even know how to attend customers as well as support in case of any issue from service side.We met a service manager and tell him about our car service, he had no idea how much time it will take to repair the car and also he went inside without any information about how we can move forward. We waited there for more than a hour but no response and no update. I am very disappointed since I travelled from JALORE specially to service my car in this Covid situation with 2 cars to travel back in another car.Finally I called LMJ nexa service near krishi mandi and they attend us very well and also ensure the timeline. Please visit the new LMJ service center if you want to feel the Nexa experience.

Im not satisfied with the Jodhpur nexa Audi showroom I have buy new car full cash baleno carWithin 3 days I have problem reverse gear problem ,From my village to Jodhpur is distance 260 kilometreUp and down . When I call me audi nexa showroom they are saying we will rectify your problem but you have to come on service station in Jodhpur I told to salesperson who will pay the petrol expensive .plz support me

Im there for my First service of S-cross . Switches, coffee machine are not working in customer lodge. Although arrangements are good in waiting lodge. Even service are too slow. They serve water after one hour and again another half hour for coffee.👎🏼
