Horrible. Never ever order from this website. Ordered a console table for my living room and I got a broken piece. The pictures look great on the website but it had the worse service. They don’t send you updates regarding the products and expect you to call them. Only once we called, they dispatched the product. Never order from this website. Pathetic is an understatement. Got the product after 3 months

I had a very bad experience with this seller recently and i feel i have wasted my hard earned money on them. My bed had manufacturing defect and adhesive was used to put pieces of wood together, which was very nicely hidden using paint. Now, it has started coming apart within 4 months. The bed is heavy and it has never been moved after once it was positioned and mind you no one touches the headboard for no reason, we also didnt. I contacted the seller, they didnt respond to me with any resolution. I had to contact flipkart, through which i bought this queen bed and i got informed that the seller is saying it is wear and tear issue, and they wont do anything. Also, i got termite holes, for which they have mentioned there is a 5 years warranty. They didnt even pay any heed to that. Well their warranty said, they would cover for 12 months manufacturing defect and 5 years termite warranty. I have a manufacturing defect and no one is addressing it. I feel so cheated at this point after spending so much on this bed. If you all dont want to go through the same ordeal as mine, then please stay away from buying anything from them.

Worst furniture brand. Bought a table from amazon 3 months back, was broken and not even the same as in photo.They kept lingering for a month for repair. Then there repair person said its not repairable. Then they dint pick it up for 2 months , after calling amazon 67 times they did.Still waiting for my money after 4 months.All positive reviews seem fake.and they have stopped replying to email for money refund, so they have the table and money.every evening i call.amazon hoping it will be resolved it is 15000 if my hard earned money.Most useless website ever, better to buy from local shop, they just care about money, they have cost me so much if my mental peace, i have decided to never buy furniture online.All reviews were good on amazon but seem paid , enter their territory at your own riskFrustrated customer who is never going to trust them ever last transaction, venture at your own risk.

One of the worst after-sales service experienced. Bought a study table from them, received the package with no screws available. Called them multiple times and was answered that they would ship it immediately. Its been 3 weeks since the first call made and the table is lying in the house with no use.NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Avoid this seller directly or on Flipkart.Imagine you ordered on 8th June, and get delivery date of 9th July ?Bad right?Now imagine they whatsapp you on 8th July saying that they are dispatching the material now, and will take ANOTHER 8 days to reach you.So if you want your furniture in 1.5 months, Please feel free to waste your time and money

The Attic is available on various portals and the furniture looks really really good, specially if you are looking for vintage or antique or distressed looks.We went to the factory to check the workmanship and quality, and were mighty impressed with what we saw.They have a huge factory that was hub of activity.Lots of packages ready for shipping.Good quality solid wood and brilliant finish.We wanted to place an order but they were extremely busy and could not customize for us till beyond the year end and thus, we had to let go as we were looking for heavy customizations.Overall, you would be safe to buy it online without actually having a feel of the furniture as the stuff is very good.P.S. If you plan to visit the factory, please call beforehand as the proprieter will need to take out time for you and also being in a purely industrial area, addresses are hard to get to.Also, the factory is understandbly dusty and if you have any allergy issues, do cover your mouth.
