It was a nightmare dealing with this company and we faced a huge loss financially. The furniture we received from them was not as per our requirements and lots of issues. Even roadside carpenters can do better work than these people. The most shocking part was that management Shishir and Anoop were involved at every stage and we realised in the end that they were also aware of these issues even before despatch. It is clear from their response we got at the end that this is a regular affair for them and might have cheated many others like us. They are not even responding to our emails or calls now. As interior designers we have dealt with many furniture companies but this is the first time we had such a bad experience.We gave the order for 14 furniture items in October month and was asked to pay an advance of Rs 50000. It was very difficult to get a response over call or message after advance payment . They delayed our order by 3 months giving unprofessional excuses like holidays, not enough workers, some close relative death, unwellness, etc. We felt something fishy towards the end when they were reluctant to share photos before despatch and gave stupid excuses like it is already packed. When we forced they shared few photoshopped and unclear ones. Though we were not fully convinced but were forced to pay full amount before despatch as we were running out of time. Our fears came true when we received the items in February after many follow ups. Lot of issues were there like not as per our requirements, items missing, doors not opening, bad quality wood, unevenness, colours not matching, patches in colours, polishing not done. Two of the furniture required Brass Inlay work but instead of using Brass they have painted it with brass colour paint. Lots of damages were also there which they claim had happened during transportation. They charged 14K for transportation but used some local truck service for transporting it. Anoop spoke very rudely and in an indecent manner when we complained about all these issues after we received the items.

Someone in the circle suggested me this place as he already is buying a lot of products from them for his properties pan India.I visited there production unit after visiting 2-3 other units and to be honest they way they have made there unit is very nice, and the best part is there team first understand the need and give there best suggestion.The biggest challenge i always face before working them was the delivery time, to be honest they prepared the ordered qty very well on time and the way they sent it to Jaipur was very good and professional.i Would recommend Kernig Krafts to to all...

Well, they might be having good review on products but working experience with kernig is a nightmare.Its a young company with confused minds.I know one single bad review wont affect company accomplishments much but can help people who wants to collaborate with them.As the owner quote, they hire designers for dimensioning which was too lame, and they believe all retail/space projects should be done with utmost perfection in no cost and no waste.Many people still have no idea about the role of designer, contractor and vendor. Its a different job.Understanding, liberty and spending required to do a project, not scrapping and pushing ones idea.I think kernig kraft should work on their ideologies and mindset again, its very confusing to deal with their expectations.

I just love how creatively the furnitures are made. The entire antique as well as modified collection is amazing. Also the quality is world-class. I recommend Kernig Krafts. A 10 on 10 from my side. :)

The management is extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not deliver things as promised and puts the customers through hell just to deal with them... They require full payment upfront, once the payment is made... you just have to dance to their tune. Horrible experience.
