Pros : Kankariya Heritage is decent place for stay.Rooms are spacious and clean. Best thing is you will get what is it showing in pictures! Host is polite and flexible.Cons: No cab, auto available nearby. You need to walk ~500m to get any thing.Food is not good and breakfast options are very less.Nearby view is good from terrace but no good ambience.Suggestion: Look for other nearby places. They offer better ambience and food.

Indeed an amazing Hotel to stay. I am in the hotel while writing this. A peaceful place in a crowded environment i must say. Rooms are spacious and pretty. Good amenities are available. Free wifi and amazing staff. Very professional environment i must say. Even the lighting is so amazing in the rooms. Very quiet place. It is a bit inside, so cab drivers mostly avoid coming to the hotel gate so I mostly prefer to take a auto. Tbis place is also near to all the places that we mostly come to visit here. This is my first time when i have visited Jodhpur but I dont feel like its a new place.

Really heritage noun Proov for hotel kankriya heritage. Hotel location is like the sunrise. All facilities in the hotel and room are like five star. Room are very clean and hyzenic. Fresh air blowing up in all rooms. Rooms wall decorated by many photos. Staff behavior is better for passenger. Hotel owner behavior is so good. The hotel is basic and takes care of all you well. However, the quality of food and the price they command are not comparable.People coming from metropolitan cities like Mumbai, Delhi etc, please note that the approach road is extremely narrow and the parking facility is in the wide open with dogs walking and sunbathing over your precious vehicle.

Room was okayish but bad considering the price charged for a day -Rs. ... room was in the ground floor just beside the Reception which hampered the privacy. at dinner we ordered pizza which was like cheeze spread over tandoori roti and pasta was like local pasta cooked in paneer gravy. hotel is too much hyped may b because Mehrangarh fort can be seen from the roof top. breakfast options were very less and bad.

Room - no windows, lane to hotel is very narrow, need to carry your luggage and walk a few 50 metres uphill. Lift available. Staff not super friendly but not rude as well. Cleanliness - not well sanitized, we had to request cleaning the toilet floor again. Rug outside the bathroom was not clean and doesnt seem to be changed regularly. The bedcovers were clean and pillow covers were clean. Location - old city, well. Nicely located to visit the fort but pain to arrive in a car/taxi. Location as it was in the old city.

The view of the restaurant is great. Whole Jodhpur can be seen from here. Mehrangarh fort looks really beautiful from this restaurant. They even have a lift. The food quality and services are really good.

Worst hotel, worst experience. This place is in the midst of dump-yard. Bedsheets had stain on it. zero hospitality and we checked out immediately from this place. This place doesnt resemble what its shown in the pictures. Broken curtains in the room, Food was horrible and the place was unhygienic. The guy at the reception doesnt even know how to treat the guests.

Worst place, the service was so poor, tasteless food. Behaviour of staff was rude. We went there with family and when we told them about delayed service the manager asked us to leave in the middle of our dinner. Unprofessional behaviour and rude attitude was the matter of harrasment for us. There are many more better places near by I would never recommend this place to anyone so that things happened to us should not be suffered by anyone else.

Newly constructed property, great terrace view, food was okay. However, the location of the property is a problem because you wont find a cab to or from the hotel, forget about cab, finding a auto would be a task.

I booked the hotel from booking.com for 3 days from 2/03/2020 to 5/03/2020 but due to my childs ill health i could not come and reached there on 3rd night and had to leave on 4th nigh so practically for 1 day. I asked them to reconsider my money or compensate with dinner or lunch but they did nothing and then they asked me to cancel the booking.com so that they can refund me some money.. and eventually all they did was refunded me the GST money as they asked the money from me in cash so they dont have to provide the bill, and my next days breakfast money so it was negligible. Anyway this is fine i understand as it was my mistake but all the previous hotels refunded me as i was behind my schedule because of that!But on top of it they provided me the room on the ground floor which had no view and entire night there was someone talking in the lobby so i couldnt sleep so.. just a warning dont take the room on ground floor in this hotel. its extremely difficult to reach this place in car as the lanes are so narrow that car wont fit and you will have to get down and take auto or listen the constant bickering from the driver of your car, choice is yours! The room from inside was nice no complaints there :)Also, the restaurant food sucks and so does the people in the restaurant .. they have hardly said yes to anything and when i asked if they will deliver food to my room they said no and then manager had to intervene and he said yes they will deliver which they did eventually .. in the morning breakfast , they closed the breakfast while i was eating and well within the time just because the restaurant guy felt so! Also one of the guys who i guess runs the place, he thinks he is the smartest and he constantly keeps telling you what to do and what not to do..So Overall, a highly over rated hotel .. definitely not worth the price and the effort !!

Managed by two brothers, loved the hospitality. Food is also good, breakfast though simple loved the taste of the upma. Just the location is bit of a problem, however if u want to stay in the heart of Jodhpur u need to ignore the location. The behaviour of the brothers will make u forget the hardships of the locality. Overall had a great experience in the place, they also showed us the artifacts at the hotels.

Pathetic!!!!We went in there for dinner, food was tasteless, the food was cold, there was no proper service, the waiter didnt even served the food, after repeating the order forthwith, it took30 minutes for them to serve again,they dont know basic manners and how to treat a customer, the manager was blunt ,rude, had no tact.Will never suggest this restro! The hotel is very nice but it is located in one of the most congested place. Very difficult to drive down to the hotel due to narrow streets and the surrounding places of the hotel are very dirty and unhygienic with foul smell on the adjoining streets.

They are unprofessional .The receptionist dont know how to talk with the guest.They dont have any OWN parking area.In every site they have mention but sorry to say its nt true.They will show a common area where you HV to park your car.If something happen to your car they are not responsible.So I recommend not to visit this place.

One of the best resorts in Jodhpur for a beautiful stay and beautiful view of the Mehrangarh Fort. The place is modern and retrofitted but the vibe and Ambience is pretty good. The staff and owners are very friendly. Rooms are quite spacious and cozy. Most rooms also have a view to the fort or the city. The restaurant above the resort has a cool and amazing mood for a low light dinner with a lit view of the historic fort. The staff brings performing artists for special nights. The food is really good as well including the complimentary breakfast. Overall it was an amazing stay here.

Loved the hotel. It was an awesome 2 day stay. The view from the rooftop of the city and the Mehrangarh fort is splendid. The staff is very cooperative. The front desk managers( Nikhil and Akshay) are very helpful. Would definitely suggest this as a must stay place in Jodhpur.

Good place to stay. But quite interior and roads are too narrow and one shuld be prepared to walk for 1kma to look for a auto or any means of transportation.Pros... Meharangarh fort is around 1.5km which can be easily covered by walking through the narrow lanes enjoying the blue city scapes

Excellent hotel in the heart of old city in Jodhpurwith a great rooftop restaurant. Immaculately clean generous sized rooms, great bathrooms and really Helpful staff. We stayed in 2 rooms due to early check in, both were superb, comfortable beds, hot water and complimentary breakfast. However, WiFi is very slow.Would recommend for anyone seeking comfort and luxury while on a budget in Jodhpur.

The hotel is good and the staff was courteous. But access to the hotel is a problem as the same is situated way inside the old City with very narrow roads.the hotel also needs to improve on the breakfast, where is choice was limited.The rooms are reasonable sized but very clean. The best thing was the view from the rooftop in the evening. view from upper floors of Fort is also good.The hotel staff was very good and helpful, especially the owners, the two young brothers and the father, at least one of them was always available to provide the needed help and support.

Great location, nice rooms, nice views, nice staff, serve alcohol. Average food (we had Dosa) and ambiance on terrace spoilt by justin bieber and ed Sheeran covers. We travelled far and wide to experience INDIA; listen to the evening prayer, the plethora of public PAs and events during Diwali, not have english pop music blasted at us. Ashame as the views are phenominal (why i give 4 stars instead of 3) but it seems they are trying too hard to cater for European and western culture instead of being themselves.

Newly build hotel, which is not completely finished (some rooms are still under construction based on what I could see). The hotel is very cheaply build, bed sheet are poor quality, rooms are small and it smells mothballs. The floor in the breakfast area was full of ants and the breakfast was terrible (food was cold and very little breakfast options - we ended up having breakfast somewhere else). The shower in our room was broken. Service was average. It is a vegan hotel.For this price (2500-3500 rupees), there are much better hotels in Jodhpur. I would not recommend this place at all.Also, the hotel is tall because the owner is a politician and was able to build over the permitted limit of 3 floors. Staying at this hotel encourages local corruption.Most 5* reviews written so far are fake.

Location is in the secluded area beside Gulab Sagar (which is very dirty).. u have to walk approx 1 Km to reach the main road beside Ghanta Ghar..Also, the price they charge is not worth for the facility due to its location...I would have prefer a hotel at some better location, had I knew this

Great views on their rooftop restaurant, the food and service is great! Its a quiet rooftop so you almost have it all for yourself, The staff were wonderful! Great place to stay at the centre of all!
