First time I used Bharat Plaza and everything was good except abit of misunderstanding of the shape of the mans suit trousers. Got it on time then had to adjust it locally.Very important to tell them exactly how you want your outfits as they dont sew as per the pictures. online.

I have ordered about 1 unstitched lehenga, 3 unstitched sarees, 5 stitched lehenga, 1 stitched suite and 1 stitched bridal lehenga with Bharatplaza over span of 3 years. (Of which, 9 orders were in one year)The quality of all products have been top notch, as described on site and fitting has always been perfect.Their customer service is excellent, I am happy to share that I did all my bridal shopping at Bharatplaza and I am happy with stitching and fittings as well.Bharatplaza has earned customer for life time because of best quality products they provide with reasonable prices.I recommend everyone to shop at Bharatplaza.Im sad to read negative reviews, I never had payment issues z.. even if I had payment issues one time, they were happy to help and work it out .This is customer review based on my satisfaction, I do not get paid for writing this review.

I bought one of the expensive sherwani for an important occasion. It took a week longer to receive than they promised and sent me premade or preowned small totally WRONG SIZE SHERWANI , even i sent them my exact body measurements as they asked me to. It was so small i barely buttoned it. You cant imagine how frustrated i was, my event was coming up in a few days.. Plus they REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY! They blow up your phone calling you at midnight to get the sale from you at first, once they get the money you are screwed... I WASTED MY MONEY AND TIME DEALING WITH THEM! Especially LALIT KHATRI.I got tons of evidence to post that makes you not to buy from them (i will probably post later), theres too many negative things to say but , long story short DON`T BUY FROM THEM OR AT LEAST BE VERY CAREFULL!!

Worst experience. I tried to order online, my order went through and they took my money, but I never got my dress because it went out of stock. I asked for a refund which they did not give, but gave me store credit instead. I used the store credit to oder a dress that was in stock and still never got a dress. Still havent gotten a refund or a dress. Would not recommend.

Terrible company to work with. Client from Canada, placed an order 1.5 months before the date required. 3 weeks before the due date, they call to confirm some payment issue with the card, turns out have to place a new order which meant they hadnt even started work on on the outfit. To place new order and ship would take more than 3 weeks to arrive, so had no choice to cancel. Cancelling the order was even more of a nightmare, as I was passed around as multiple CSRs including managers gave me the run around--all in terrible English, of course. Sent numerous emails stating the cancellation of the order--only to receive TWO phone calls in the middle of the night (they dont seem to understand the concept of time zones) to let me know that my order had been shipped via courier.... ?!.This isnt even the detailed version, but in a nutshell, do not place your trust in this ridiculous company. Lacks basic customer service skills--hung up on us TWICE. Horrible company, definitely would not recommend risking ordering from them, especially for any important events (ie. a wedding, as this is what the outfit was for). Any clients ordering from North America -- PLEASE DONT!.It was an absolute nightmare. Google wouldnt let me select ZERO star, so even a 1 star rating is too good for them!

Had a horrible experience.. its a fake store and a fraud company. All the good comments in the reviews are made by themselves. They took ₹16000 from me and did not deliver my sherwani and they are not ready to refund. They dont pick up the phone as well once your order is placedI am going to drag them to consumer court.

I emailed them again and now the saying I have to wait a few more days. Every time I mention a refund, they ignore me and dont respond. Terrible customer service, never shopping here again and will advise others not to do so. Worst online shopping experience ever.

Hello Bharat Plaza, Today I received my Sherwani. It came late to me. It was 10 days late. I was very upset when I got the parcel as It just arrived 3 days before my Wedding Day. But to my surprise when I opened the parcel it was truly awesome, everything in the Sherwani was just perfect as shown in the website. Now I am very happy, everybody was asking me from where I got this Sherwani and were complimenting me.Many Thanks for making me feel special on my wedding day! But your delivery service should get improved definitely. Hope I will get a quicker delivery next time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ive never had such a horrible experience with an online purchase before. I ordered my product on the 3rd of july firstly they messed up my payment saying I havent paid, once I showed them the proof, they said it will take up to 7 working days and then they will update me once they have dispatched it. Once a month went past, still heard nothing. Again I emailed them and they said they were having manufacturing error- and this went on for a while- they kept saying another 7 days till 2 and a half month went by. After 3 months went past I emailed again and they said they have manufacturing error and they might not be able to send it and that I should select something else from the ready to ship category. I had a look and I didnt want anything so I said thank you, would prefer to have my refund. Then they completely just ignored my request for refund and said I should choose something else from the ready to ship. I am not joking, it was like talking to a brick wall. They kept sending the same email and it was so frustrating, I then decided to go through paypal and finally after 4 months paypal were very helpful and now my refund is pending. I heard nothing back from these people again. Looking at the other reviews, it seems like im not the only one who had these manufacturing problem. I honestly think this is company is a fraud. SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Temple can be noticed easily become it is located on the main road of sosti gate . Must visit this temple become its shows the real god vibes.

Not very good. I ordered a saree with Silver cutwork embroidery and an anarkali suit. Both items were delivered very late. Saree was not the same as I ordered. I ordered silver cutwork but they delivered gold cutwork. Anarkali suit stitching was not Anarkali but A line with very poor quality of stitching. Not good enough to wear. I had to give it to charity. Did not give any refund.I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.
